This is a 22 minute guided hypnotherapy session intended to allow daily practice of deeper, abdominal breathing – also known as diaphragm breathing, chi breathing, or pranayama style breathing techniques.
This session combines basic trance work with mindfulness meditation techniques, and also the idea of “witnessing” which is the practice of observing our own mind in action, and is extremely useful for reducing anxiety, stress and reactivity to daily difficulties, self-critical rumination, depression symptoms, or stressful situations. Used on a daily basis, techniques such as this can positively enhance peace of mind, overall health and well-being.
