In this recording “Hypnosis for Anxiety and Panic Attacks” I will be combining hypnosis with mindfulness meditation. This is not about trying to push away unpleasant or frightening thoughts. Mindfulness is entirely about being aware of your present experience and accepting that experience exactly as it is. Many people are surprised to learn that they have been the ones that have created their own anxiety all this time. Outside events can not cause anxiety, they are just things, it’s your reaction to those things and your imaginations depiction of what might happen that causes the anxiety. Hypnosis for Anxiety and Panic Attacks will shed light on the fact that the stories that you are being told by your mind are all made up, they aren’t real, it’s all an illusion.
