How to Handle Loss, Death, Stress & Anxiety: Stillness Meditation for Relaxation
In this video, Suzanne Armistead talks about how stillness and meditation helped her to cope with the death of her son, Davis.
Grief, depression, anxiety and stress are common in our lives and can be difficult to deal with. Using stillness and intention, Suzanne learned how to calm her anxiety, anger, fatigue and sadness, and now she shares this work with others.
If we want to be happy with ourselves, to love ourselves and truly appreciate the beauty of life, it’s important to relax, place intention on our physical bodies, clear the mind, quiet our thoughts and be here now. Happiness does not come from material possessions or from another person, it comes from within. We all have infitinite joy within us, and Suzanne is dedicated to helping others discover their joy as she has.
