Meditation is a simple exercise that everyone can do, and if it is performed correctly, it will bring you plenty of good things you couldn’t have imagined. Indeed, there are many types of meditation: relaxation meditation, mindfulness meditation, tratak meditation, visualization meditation, etc. But the concept is nearly the same in all cases: sit or lie down somewhere comfortable, then close your eyes and start focusing on what you want. In this visualization we will meditate on our own thoughts.

Now, I want to tell you about a type of meditation that can benefit everyone with just a few minutes practicing it regularly: Visualization meditation. It is easy to do because you just need a few minutes practicing it and you will see results almost immediately after finishing.

The visualization meditation steps as you play this meditation musi cin the background:

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position in a quiet place.
Play this music in the background.
Close your eyes and breath inhaling by your nose and exhaling by your mouth.
Then, just observe each one of the thoughts appearing on your mind. It is important to avoid reacting to them. Be a passive observer. This technique is about visualization, not reaction. Just let the thoughts come and go, learn to be a silent observer. You may be carried away, but trust me with just this powerful meditation technique, you will master your mind in no time.

By practicing this everyday fro at least 5 -10 minutes, and increasing the time of each session, you will develop the ability to remain calm and composed in very situation of your life. After all you are training yourself to go into Zen mode of mindfulness.
