Hypnosis in the form of hypnotherapy usually involves a person experiencing a state of deep relaxation and super focus. It is while in this prime state that the client is then given positive suggestions that were agreed to in the consultation phase of the session. These suggestions can help people to succeed in their personal growth goals.

All hypnosis is ultimately self-hypnosis. As your mind coach, my job merely helps to facilitate your experience.
